For moms in the thick of it!

I’ve tried and failed to lose weight so many times, Rebekah. Why is this different?

I completely get that. Most of the moms who join my program are exactly where you are now. They’ve tried everything and couldn’t stick with any of it. They ended up “going back” to the way they were eating before because the alternative just felt like too much work.

Well, the truth is, they probably were too much work… for you and for your life right now. 

Simply Strong is different. It’s made for moms, by a mom. It takes into account your lack of time and energy, your need for flexibility and the mindset hiccups you’ll face along the way. I’ve built that all into the program because, guess what, I’m a mom too, and I get that life and our kids sometimes pull us off track. Some days just go to plan, and you need something that flexes with your life and your family.

This feels like a big investment, just because I’m worried I won't stick with it or see results.

Yes, of course. Investing in yourself can feel scary, especially when we’ve done it in the past and it hasn’t worked out the way we wanted it to. 

And here’s some radical honesty for you, mama – I’m not going to promise you’re going to get to your goal weight in 8 weeks because that’s an unrealistic expectation for that timeframe. This program is not meant to get you to your goal weight.

But what I am going to promise you is that you are going to walk away with a sustainable system that you’re going to enjoy using as a busy mom – one that doesn’t make you count down the days until you can go back to eating the way you used to.

I’m already so busy, Rebekah. How am I going to find the time to do this?

Listen, I’m a mom of 3 myself. I know what it’s like to juggle life, kids, a husband, a job and so much more. I created this program for moms in the thick of it. I would never ask you to work out 5 times a week at the gym or spend hours in the kitchen meal prepping, because I don't have time for those things myself.

Everything in this program is busy-mom-approved: there are 4 workouts a week and they each take about 20 mins to get through. You’ll be able to do them while the baby is napping, or even after you’ve put the kids to bed. I’ve included lots of quick and easy recipes that don’t require any crazy ingredients and can be enjoyed by everyone – no separate meals, no meal prepping, no running around looking for strange and expensive ingredients.

But more than that, I’m also going to empower you to take care of yourself even with your crazy schedule and list of daily demands commitments.
